The maintenance team and contractors we use are courteous and great at what they do. Keeping up the grounds on the complex is also a high priority to us. It is our goal to ensure that our tenants are safe, which is one reason we conduct background checks on all tenants during the application process. We also have security cameras installed throughout the exterior of the complex and the laundromat. Our location provides easy access to State Route 66, and State Route 33, which has proven beneficial to many tenants who work outside of St. Marys.
We do not allow any pets and do not allow smoking inside the apartments
Laundromat is available 24/7 to tenants, and the machines can be operated by coins or credit/debit cards.
